How do I recognize my driver?
Your driver picks you up on time at the terminal. Personal pickup with a name sign is available for an additional fee.
Are child seats available?
Yes. Please tell us what you need when booking. We provide baby seats and booster seats free of charge.
Can pets travel with me?
Pets can travel in suitable transport boxes. Please let us know in advance.
Are there extra costs for delays?
We monitor your flight and adjust the pickup time. There are no extra costs for delays outside your control.
Can I also book from my hotel to the airport?
